These actually worked for me last night. I have arthritis and gout in my ankles. I went from VERY PAINFUL walking yesterday to no pain this morning after wearing these pads last night! There may be no science to back these foot pads and I am always questioning if things are "really working" but last night did it for me. When I took them off they were black and gooey and smelled like charcoal. So I know it took something out of my body cause I can walk this morning! I did use them a year before when I wasn't having my painful issues and they were not like that. I will be buying more for sure.

These actually work 100 percent. I tried the ones that are in store, where you get 2 for, like, 5 dollars, and they truly and honestly work, I woke up for the first time in over a year with no knee pain, and the swelling in my legs went down as well. I wanted to add a picture to actually show that it really does turn black. The next morning when I took them off. Picture was too large, but I'm going to try to see if I can post it at a later time.

I really didn't like it

I got these hoping they would help me in the morning all i could smell was this disgusting rotten burning smell i went to take of the patches. They were black but really slimy and smelled terrible. I dont feel any different and they did not help with sleep. Its been several hours and i can still smell the lingering smell.
