it was a very nicely made item but unfortunately it was the wrong color and the wrong size. instead of fooling to send it back i gave it to someone. i will not order for these careless people again. get your chitt together and put the right item into the boxes. never again!!!!

While the quality of the collars appears to be good- thick leather, nice heavy stitching with heavy metal buckle… I received a sealed box with a collar that was very obviously used %26 returned. The tab end that feeds through the buckle had a previous dent in the leather from the buckle and being brown, the round mid section of the collar had darkened from the body oil of another dog, leaving the ends a bit lighter. I completely understand returning a wrong size, but this collar looked like it was worn a couple of days before it was returned.
