I've owned five different NVR systems over the past 15 years, and OOSSXX stands out with the best picture quality and feature set of all of them. The motion detection uses pixel comparison frame by frame, which means shadows and changes in lighting can trigger events, but the other features of the system make up for it. The app works seamlessly on my phone, and email notifications provide very clear images of trigger events. Overall, I'm very satisfied with OOSSXX and believe it's hard to find a better system without spending significantly more.

This little camera is perfect. I have it installed inside the garage, right below the garage door opener motor, so I can monitor when the door is open or closed and check if anyone is inside. The resolution is excellent, and playing back videos through the OOSSXX app is both easy and fast.

I came across this camera setup while searching for a replacement for my current system. Switching from analog to PoE required running all new cables, but this setup came with all the necessary cables, and they were long enough to reach the opposite corner of my home. I can now see 360 degrees around my property. Installation was straightforward, though I needed to read the instructions more carefully for setup. Overall, it was a pretty simple process. I can check the cameras from anywhere using the app on my phone. I've been using it for a couple of months now, and it's fantasticproviding crisp video and photos of my property. I ended up forgetting the password I set and had to contact support. They helped me reset my password quickly and easily. At this point, I would definitely recommend the OOSSXX setup. I purchased this product in 2021, and it has proven to be of very high quality. As of 2023, I needed assistance with my password, and OOSSXX Technology provided quick and professional support. Thanks to OOSSXX for their excellent service. I highly recommend this product 100%!

The system won't operate on Cat 5 wiring due to voltage drop issues. I ran separate Cat 5 wiring behind walls for a cleaner setup, but the voltage drop was too significant for the POE cameras to stay connected. Once I switched back to the provided wiring, the cameras worked fine.

I use this system to monitor my home, and I have to say their customer service is the best in the worldhands down. I forgot my DVR password and reached out to them via chat. They responded and resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes, even though it was around 11:25 PM. I wish all customer service teams were this quick and efficient!
