I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it has fallen short of expectations. One of the cameras is consistently out of commission, displaying the NVR logo on the screen half of the time. Despite the green light being visible on the camera from outside, indicating it's functioning, it still experiences malfunctions. The other three cameras have also encountered issues, although not as frequently. Additionally, there's been a frustrating delay of up to three minutes for activity to appear on the screen. For example, packages are delivered and the delivery person is long gone before their truck appears on the screen. The same applies to visitors; they're inside for a while before their vehicle shows up on the screen, and it remains visible for some time after they've left. The app only works sporadically, functioning about 20% of the time at best. Despite these issues, I haven't returned the product because I paid for installation, and removing them would incur additional costs. Moreover, I'm hesitant to invest in another product after this disappointment.

After setting up everything, I plugged in the power cord to the box, but it didn't power on despite switching outlets. I even tried multiple outlets, but it still didn't turn on. Eventually, I had to purchase a new power cord, and only then did it power on. It's frustrating to have to spend money on a new power cord for a supposedly new product, especially after wasting time trying different outlets.
