OOSSXX 4K PoE Security Camera System, 4 Cameras 8 Channel NVR System with 1TB HDD

These cameras are very clear. The night vision is suburb and they were easy to add to an existing system for my shop.

We use this system for home security and had an issue with a camera that stopped working. I contacted the company, and Hugh was really helpful. He got us a new camera quickly, and everything is working well again. Hugh responded promptly and was very efficient in resolving the issue.

Think twice if you're planning to install the box in your bedroom. While this isn't a fault specific to OOSSXX, the box makes a constant noise 24/7, similar to a PC. Additionally, it doesn't support Wi-Fi, so ensure you're able to use a wired network.

My review is for the sellerthey have amazing customer service skills. The product works as described. After a couple of months, I had issues with the product, reached out to the seller, and they took care of it. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Great image quality, easy-to-use app, and tons of advanced features. I set up motion detection to trigger a buzzer on the NVR and push live video to my phone whenever someone is near my door. Delivery drivers often skip the doorbell, but now I have a buzzer to alert me! The only downside was that the fan inside the NVR was quite loud, so I replaced it with a Noctua case fan. The support from OOSSXX is absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend OOSSXX over other similar brands because their customer support is so exceptional.

I chose this 6-channel POE kit specifically for its long-term recording capabilities, and it has not disappointed. The installation process was quick, and the picture quality is excellent, even when zooming in. The app allows for easy remote access, so I can check the cameras whenever I need to. Highly satisfied!

The camera system was easy to set up and works great for what I needed. The price is an excellent value. I used a hard drive from a previous system, which was easy to install and set up. The mobile app works perfectly and was a breeze to configure. I would highly recommend this system. I did have an issue with an upgrade, but customer service did a great job getting my camera system back online.

The operating system is somewhat average°™not the most user-friendly, but it gets the job done. The camera quality is pretty good, especially when you toggle the HD switch on the app or desktop viewer. The phone app is decent, but the Windows desktop software could use improvement. You might need to adjust the screen resolution on your monitor to ensure everything fits correctly.

I ordered 2 cameras from that seller but I received one and the second was an IP camera which I did not receive and the delivery person was so unbalanced and unaware that he stole an IP camera that the seller can also find out where the equipment is.

I've spent so much time on the phone trying to get these cameras to work properly, but with no success. They haven't been helpful with setting up the account or exchanging the faulty wires. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else unless you have a lot of time to waste on the phone with them, only to get nowhere.
