These cameras are very clear. The night vision is suburb and they were easy to add to an existing system for my shop.
The function is very powerful, the pictures captured are very clear, and the picture transmission is smooth and stable. It is very convenient to retrieve historical data at any time. It has voice intercom, night vision, waterproof, and many other functions. Take your time to experience it. After installation, the customer service was very patient and explained how to use it. The service attitude is super great.
I was blown away by the clarity of the night vision on these cameras. The motion detection is spot on, and the alarm notifications come through instantly. The system arrived well-packaged, and it was plug-and-play°™so easy! Customer service was responsive when I had a minor issue connecting one of the cameras to the app.
Simple and easy to operate, complete functions. The pixels are high and the picture is very clear. It is a very good monitor with many functions. The App can be used for remote viewing and monitoring anytime, anywhere. POE plug-and-play is very convenient.
I love how clear the night vision is on these cameras, and the motion detection is very reliable. The alarm push notifications are a great feature, and they come through right away. Setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the plug-and-play design. The packaging was in perfect condition, and customer service was very helpful when I needed assistance with remote viewing setup.
Very easy to install and setup. POE means you only run one wire to each camera. Customer service is very responsive and even sent me a step-by-step pdf to help setup. The App works great and allows playback. The only way it could be better is if the playback timeline changed color on motion. Would make finding an occurrence a lot faster. But overall, it's a great system with simple install!
I shopped around for a week before I selected this system and I'm happy with my purchase. This is truly a Plug-And-Play setup. The cameras have good infrared night vision. Playback and saving video to a thumb drive is straight-forward. These cameras DO have microphones. You can set to record sound from only one camera though. The notion detection is adjustable for both sensitivity and what area of the screen is monitored. I had questions about the system both before and after purchase. I received answers in a timely manner both times. You can monitor live or playback from a PC on your network. I do not connect to it remotely from outside my home network so I can't comment on the smartphone app. *A few tips for installation & setup* Get a "security camera junction box" for spots where you cannot complete the connection inside through a wall. The junction box will contain the cable end and connectors and make for a cleaner-looking installation. When setting up the record schedule, I set it to record both by time and detection. That is all 24 hours selected for both modes. That way you can see what triggers the detection and what doesn't, without missing anything. I have had the 4 camera system running that way for almost 3 weeks and the 2Gb HD is about half full.
Please read this to the end. I have purchased this system in April and Walmart will not make good on any failure past 30 days. The system failed in about three months. The company that supports this item in located in China. The company's support for this item is to have me trouble shoot the item and piecemeal each part in order: power supply, harddrive ect. ect. as each part is determined to be the possible point of failure. They mailed me the first part, the power supply Aug 6th and I still haven't received it Aug. 31. My system may be down for 6 months or more waiting on part after part and that is of course if I have the skills to repair it myself. Bad news.
I ordered 2 cameras from that seller but I received one and the second was an IP camera which I did not receive and the delivery person was so unbalanced and unaware that he stole an IP camera that the seller can also find out where the equipment is.
I'm completely disappointed with this system. I've boughtOOSSXX systems repeatedly, only for them to fail me each time. I reached out toOOSSXX tech support and was told to update the system. While I appreciate their efforts to help, there was no real resolution to the issues. After the update, more problems arose. I can no longer view live footage on the app, and playback is difficult because it keeps crashing. The system has been shutting off and restarting multiple times. If it weren't for the fact that it's already set up with all the cables installed, I would have returned this system in a heartbeat.
