I've received the product, and the customer service was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. Communication was convenient and satisfactory. It's my first time purchasing from this brand, and using it was quite straightforward. I'll continue to be a customer in the future. The image quality is very clear.
Quality is excellent, with high clarity and great shooting effects. The seller's service attitude is very good, and shipping speed is fast. I'm very satisfied with this shopping experience. The picture is clear, the night vision effect is excellent, and the automatic color mode is fantastic.
The camera is quite good. The network is also reliable and stable. I'm quite satisfied with the clear image quality at this price point. The two-way audio function is excellent, and both motion and sound detection are very sensitive. The customer service was patient and attentive; I initially had trouble using it, but after their guidance, everything is working well now. It's been a pleasant experience. I've received and installed the camera, and now I can see what my child is up to at home while I'm away.
Even at night, the camera provides clear images of people. The packaging was excellent and complete, and I received it very quickly without any issues. The image quality is exceptionally clear, much better than I expected. It has everything I need, and following the instructions for installation and setup was straightforward and convenient. Most importantly, it offers great value for money°™affordable price with excellent quality.
These cameras are very user-friendly. We've bought many for home use and today purchased several more for installation in our warehouse. With 4 million pixels, the high-definition video is crystal clear, and the installation is straightforward. The app operation is also very intuitive.
I'm very satisfied! The box arrived intact, and the packaging was very delicate. The product is perfect. The shipping speed was really fast, and the delivery was timely. The price is very cost-effective. The monitoring effect is also good. Great value for the price!
Firstly, there is a noticeable contrast in the build quality between the bullet cameras, which feel sturdy and are made of metal, and the PTZs, which seem flimsy and are constructed from cheap-looking plastic. The PTZs also have double antennas, which appear to be purely cosmetic as they are not functional. Upon inspection, it was evident that the second antenna cable was loose and too short to be connected, indicating that it was merely for show.In terms of camera quality, it is decent but not exceptional. It may struggle to capture clear images of faces or read license plates effectively. The night vision is somewhat limited, with the IRs on the bullet cameras producing a concentrated light that leaves a bright patch in the center of the video. The field of vision is acceptable but could be improved. Unfortunately, the two-way audio feature does not work on the PTZs, despite all settings being configured correctly. While audio output via the app functions, there is no audio input capability for recordings or through the app.The app itself is satisfactory, but the notifications require downloading, resulting in delayed alerts where the subject of the alert may have already left by the time the video is accessible. However, the notifications and alerts are generally reliable, with few false alarms triggered by trees or leaves. The setup process is commendable, as it is straightforward and requires minimal effort. Most cameras connected effortlessly, with only one needing a reset via the external button, which was easily resolved by following the instructions in the manual.Although these cameras have their flaws, they are still functional for the time being and provide some peace of mind to the user. Additionally, the option to purchase additional cameras separately adds to their utility. Comparatively, a previous purchase of the Ankke 5mp system had better image quality but lacked the ability to add extra cameras to the NVR and had issues with setup and notifications.
After the trial subscription ended, I encountered issues with storing videos and images locally, whether in the cloud or on a USB stick. Following consultation with OOSSXX Support, it was determined that the system was set up incorrectly. Regrettably, despite attempts to rectify the configuration, the system only functioned for a few days with subpar performance. A notable challenge arose with the inability to set the Smarthub to a fixed IP address, leading to potential complications within the local network. Consequently, even the port forwarding described cannot be effectively implemented due to the constantly changing IP address. As a result, all recordings stored on the USB stick can only be accessed within the local network.
Unfortunately, the system proves to be impractical unless you purchase an additional screen and have internal Wi-Fi. I initially intended to set it up using my iMac, but encountered a roadblock due to the NVR cable requirement, which my iMac lacks the input for. Additionally, we rely on iPhone hotspot for internet access, leaving us without extra Wi-Fi. Consequently, the system doesn't seem to be compatible with our setup. Even attempting to use a router as an internal network connection without internet proved futile, as the system remained unconnectable. Notably, the app was also non-functional in this scenario. We resorted to purchasing an extra monitor to make the system operational, only to encounter further issues. Despite setting the cameras to the desired positions, they often inexplicably adjust themselves, with three out of four cameras rotating away from their intended monitoring areas overnight. This undermines the system's effectiveness for reliable monitoring purposes, as constant manual adjustments are necessary. While it may serve as a deterrent, its efficacy in effective surveillance is questionable.
No sound. Picture is good, easy setup.
