We upgraded from a previous OSXX model. We are happy with the simplicity and quality of the system. Reception and picture quality is improved over previous version.

Very easy to install. It solves the problem directly. There is almost no need to set anything. The picture will appear after a while after being connected online. The surveillance video is clear, the picture is stable and there is no lag, and the hard disk is also a real memory without false marks.

The system was easy to install. I contacted customer support for help with the final setup, including setting up the account and password. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The cameras are working well even 70 feet from the base unit. The night vision mode performs excellently in very low light, and the unit has many additional security alert features built in.

The cameras were delivered quickly and were easy to set up. I was missing a power cord for the main box, but after calling support, they promptly sent me a replacement. Once I got the new cord, it was simple to plug everything in and get started. Customer service is responsive via email. The camera quality is quite good, though I plan to upgrade my monitor for better resolution. Overall, I would recommend this product.

The quality of video is very good! anyone can install it. WIFI means that cameras can connect to NVR via its built in WIFI. It can reach about 100 ft. No one has pointed this out. I needed 2 cameras at the gate 200ft away. I need a LAN based WIFI rather than NVR based WIFI. I am amazed with the support by this company, very good. Unfortunately I had to return this product. I am still looking for a product suitable for me.Overall, I like this company and this product; not suitable for me.

I really like the local security monitoring and bought this 4-camera set back in December 2023. I hadn't tried using the app on my phone until recently, so I ordered another camera. I'm 71 years old and had some trouble setting it up. After emailing for help, tech support actually called me! I mentioned I had to fix my AC and asked if we could do it later. She agreed. A few hours later, I got a text, and we worked through the setup together. It was probably just me, but she was very patient, and we got it all sorted. I recommend this product because it works great, and based on my experience, their customer service is exceptional!

After researching good security systems, I decided to go with this one, and I have no regrets. The system works great, and I can monitor it from my cell phone. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an uncomplicated yet effective security monitoring solution.

it was missing a couple of anttenea and the power cord, i was as dissapointed because it would have been a good system and when i wentcto exchange it it was outvof stock so i bought a four camera system, same brand but for a sixty dollar price differenc e i would have had four more caneras....

I ordered a wireless system but recurved a wired system. I want what I paid for and my daughter ha had two strokes I cannot return these- I also don't own a printer and don't drive. I want what I paid for shipped in sending a picture so you see it! Wrong system!!!

Can't add additional camera, won't payback, cameras get too hot to name a few
