great product everything was just about there works good no problems give me the number five star good shipping fast shipping just all around great product so far
The monitoring setup is quite professional. It's my first purchase, and I installed a new camera to replace a faulty one at home. The quality is good, with sturdy materials ensuring durability. It captures full-color footage during the day and clear images at night. There's no doubt about the quality, and the shipping was fast with guaranteed service.
This is my third purchase, and I'm impressed with the fast delivery and secure packaging. Installation is a breeze, taking just ten minutes. The camera's performance is excellent, with great night vision and wide-angle capabilities. It's a high-value choice, absolutely superb!
I received the item, and the quality is good. It matches the seller's description perfectly. I'm very satisfied; it completely exceeded my expectations. The packaging was very careful and secure, and the shipping was fast. The customer service was good too. A very satisfactory shopping experience.
The package was securely wrapped without any damage. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience. I'll definitely come back for more next time! It matches the seller's description perfectly. Very satisfied, really love it, exceeded expectations in terms of quality.
I like the pic %26 infrared capabilities. i didn't like the you can't agjust them up or down and left to right simultaneously. It's either/or up/down or side to side.
The price was right, and the cameras have proven to be quite reliable. I've used two as replacements over the past couple of years. They're good quality and cost-effective enough that I keep several as backups for the new system. They offer a good field of view. If the infrared range extended a bit further, they'd be fantastic, but for the price, they're very good.
it has the most basic camera that doesn't have Zoom or any other functions. the encoding has 4 options, but when i choose another, it always automatically switches back to the default, which, while it has good-sized encoding, has terrible issues with pictures you could actually identify someone with. as soon as soneone turns towards the camera it looks like it censors them out on their face and with the way the encoding works it has issues at times detecting motion even in plain sight. those times have about 10x the resolution for people than when it is capturing them, it also has an annoying green box it puts around people that i cant seem to get rid of as if i wouldnt be able to tell what the camera was seeing that tripped the motion record in the first place. also it freezes regularly on longer shots making it impossible to watch to the end. overall if you cant afford better, go for it but i cant recommend this product to anyone in good conscience. is pretty easy to use and came with all the mounting hardware for the cameras and a mouse for the unit so i gotta give credit for that and the fact it came with a 1tb hard drive as well but overall we will see if it does better with better cameras in the future.
There was no bar code on any part of the device so I was unable to get the unit online so I could receive results remotely. That was the original intention. I had completed the installation when I discovered this. I'm 83 and went to school that day. Set it up and get it working before installation. Ring equipment is up and running now. Live and learn
