Take your pick. I think the normal dose is one chew per day. However, I chew up to four in a day and ever since I started that I get more things done. I thoroughly appreciate the OPC3 bottle, having used it for nine years. The chewable candy version has further enhanced my enthusiasm. This addictive yet healthy product has led me to share it with acquaintances and family; however, I must always display the pouch to provide them with product information. It would be beneficial if the packaging included this information for added value, convenience, and easier upselling for business owners like myself.

I love these chews, they help me keep the level of OPC's in my body throughout the day when I can't take my isotonix OPC-3. So I am able to pop 1-2 in my mouth during my busy day and still get good antioxidant protection for my body! So much easier than carrying little bottles of OPC powder around with me! Only problem with these is you can't eat just one! They may be sweet but they are actually good for you!

I haven't actually tried this product, but I haven't been able to take OPC-3 since I was diagnosed with fructose malabsorption issues. I think I will try these, since they contain cane sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup like the Isotonic option.

So being that I am a commuter I am on the road a lot with little time and some times no water. Opc3 has become a vital part of my regiment and since they have chewables I can take it when ever, where ever! An amazing product with the same benefits of taking it through isotonic form! I love these chews, have been using them for years. This will sounds funny but we all know how bad skittles the candy is for us (chemicals in the ingredients) I have been taking these chews in place of them and have my kids as well. We all love the treat with the added health benefits.

One chew has one cap of OPC-3. I travel a lot and don't want to carry the bottle with me, so I grab some chews with me. I know this won't replace the OPC-3 powder but it still provides some of the benefits (still better than not taking it at all!). They are overly sweet but they do satisfy my craving for candy. I'd rather eat something healthy so this does the job!

This is another product I take with me every time I travel when I need a boost of OPC-3, but the Isotonix form is not convenient for me. It is tasty, without being too sweet. We called it "OPC-3 candy" in my house. I need to tell my husband he cannot eat them all day long - he loves them so much! He finds it to be just as beneficial to his health and well-being as Isotonix OPC-3.
