Arrived easily and ahead of schedule. The product was completely healthy and flawless.

works great, would rate a 5 stars, but the battery dies really really fast is my onky complaint. but other than that im very satisfied! just gotta keep it on the charger haha...

This product is advertised as an open box, with all original accessories included. There is no Apple box, just a plain cardboard one, and the accessories (a charging block and cord) are not Apple products either. I have contacted the seller to ask about a return.

This was published as a brand new iPad Air 2 in an unsealed box. What arrived was an iPad Air with scratches and dings on the back and a refurbished model. It is NOT BRAND NEW as it was listed. The charger was used as well. Beware, you can get a cheaper refurb from Apple or other retailers. I don’t even know if it’s backed by the one year warranty since the listing is not true.

I’ve tried to return the item but no one contacts me back with shipping return information. I’ve submitted the request 3 times and waiting the 48 hours that is supposed to be their policy doesn’t work either and there is no contact information for me reach out directly.

Battery dies even when powered off n when powered on it dies within 3 hrs max on a full charge
