Open Box Apple iPhone 13 - Carrier Unlocked - 128 GB MIDNIGHT

I smashed my phone in the trunk of my car and had to purchase a new one. This was an upgrade from the iPhone 11 I had. I'm happy with this phone

Phone works great! Although it does say “open box” and nothing has been wrong with it. It's clear that the screen was messed up at one point and replaced but never mentioned on the site. The sides are warped and won't hold screen protectors

Bought this iPhone in February I noticed it wasn't updating but I was like oh well I'll live with it because it's a pink iPhone , well a month has passed and while I was heading back from a 5 hour trip my phone decided to stop working and say cellular issue update phone , but phone won't update still so I install iTunes and iTunes gave an error code and said unable to update . Now on the phone with apple but I 110% bet I'll end up having to send this phone back and settle with a basic black iPhone from straight talk when this was the one I wanted . I am very upset do not purchase. Also this is my first time ever having problems buying used iphones …

This item was not as described “open box”, it was very clearly used, scratches all over the back and metallic chips around the camera lenses. Purchased a case, wasn't too concerned since it would be covered. The phone is in the same condition as it was when purchased and has been protected and fully incased for the entirety of my usage. Within 4 months the sound and volume up button quit working. The seller says you have tot take it to Apple for a warranty, Apple says the phone is out of warranty and not covered, as it was purchased over a few years ago. This seller does not fall under the typical year warranty Apple offers for phones purchased by a reseller. This is NOT an open box device, it is a very CLEARLY used phone, it was not a display phone, this was a phone that was in someone's possession and used. I worked at a retailer cell phone store for years… I know what open box means, this phone was not an open box.

Was not as advertised. Was dented, scratched, and had a video of a man on it. Also, popped up a warning that the camera had been altered and was not original!

this was a refurbished item so I expected that the battery would have been replaced but it is the original battery that came with the phone and it does not hold a full charge and by the end of the day the charge is down to less than 10%.

Don't believe what you read. Phone is listed as being open box, excellent unused condition. Phone was received with dents/dings/scratches. Battery health at 84%. I reached out to the seller with no response. eBay has higher standards. Walmart should be ashamed for themselves for allowing such scams to be on their site.

SCAM ALERT - This phone was sold as "Open box, excellent condition with no signs of usage, Still in original packaging or generic packaging". That is completely false and misrepresentation as this phone was originally bought in September 2021 and was used a lot. It already has 808 battery recharge cycles and has 83% of battery left. It also has some scratches on the screen and on the sides. It also has some sort of screen guard on front, which prevents me to inspect the original screen. The phone was not even reset properly as it had couple of pictures and a text message from ATT. I message seller about such false information and did not receive a response.

Item is described as "Open Box Excellent condition with no signs of usage and still in its original packaging or generic packaging". Delivered product was in fair used condition instead of excellent condition. The device has dents and scratches around the cameras, charging port, and screen clearly showing the wear and tear.

Product arrived damaged, screen was separating from phone. Was advertised as new but obviously wasn't.
