Buyer Beware!! I bought Iphone 14 pro listed as “open box” with no signs of usage. Camera had problems from beginning, seemed to have resolved, now issues again. When I asked company if this was refurbished phone, they didn't even answer.- only said they were sorry. Now past return date so I am stuck with this phone.

If I could give it no stars I would. If you read the description from the sellers product description, it is NOT accurate from the one they sent me. Description states the phone does not have any signs of usage. If you see the pictures, it's dusty and the sides are noticeably scratched.. All around the sides of the phone.. on top of that, the charger they gave is generic branded. When you hear open box, the packaging is the one that's damaged but the inside product has never been used, at least that's how it is at Best Buy. Very very disappointing!!
