I bought this as a birthday gift for my cousin who was turning 15yrs of age. The item was received about 4 days earlier than expected delivery and it included everything as stated. My cousin has enjoyed his early birthday gift from the moment it was delivered. He says they work great!

Bought open box cause 30 dollars less - are damaged as left is not as loud as right. When adjusted via app better but not exact. Won't buy open box again- lesson learned

I didn't know they where used and when I open the it one of the ear piece is greasy and the b logo it's like scrape off I paid a lot for nasty used and connected to a guy named William .

I haven't used these too much. I only use them in the gym, which is about 3 hours a week. And I got injured right after I got them and wasn't in the gym at all for 3 months so all in all, I've used these about 3 hours a week for 10-11 weeks. They won't charge. I'll leave them connected overnight, assuming they'll be charged the next day, but then I'll go to use them and only one side will work, and then the side that works will only do so for about 5 minutes and then they're dead. There's no way this should be happening even if I used them daily. Such a waste of money and I have no clue how to contact the company to even discuss some kind of warranty on this product. Very disappointed.

I was hoping this would be a cost efficient birthday gift and was sadly let down. Yes I understand they are open box but I would think they would be tested to see if all components that are sent out work. The left headphone didn't work at all didn't charge or anything and when my phone found them they were named already. I called the company and no answer 3 separate times, also wrote the email never answered. Called Walmart and was told I could return it to a store but that wasn't true. This is what I get for buying expensive things from Walmart online.

for a box that's been open it might as well have said used because they have been they were named and the charger cable was broken one side doesn't even work. I thought maybe I'm up and about it doesn't work but no it just doesn't work on one side . extremely upset of the quality.
