The headphones are OK but the seller didn't send the color that I ordered. I ordered the blue color and they sent black.

Product work's well but paid for a blue pair and was sent black, seller didn't respond when contacted.

Left one not as loud as right… when only one earbud is in… no matter which one I can it's so quiet even with volume all the way up… can't hear people on the phone…listed as open box which means someone bought and returned them… but someone either owned these for over a year or they are refurbished because there is no 1 year warranty on them… should be a 1 year warranty through Apple from date of the first persons purchase… Apple said they must be refurbished or over a year old.. waste of time I'm returning.. not sure if I will get brand new Beats Pros or not… not sure how much I like them … better than the AirPod pros so far… hated those

The Sound Its Very Bad No Bass Quality Is Bad. Only Good Thing is it goea over your ear

I'm not sure if these were purchased from someone and returned or they're just fake. My ‘beats' came in an all white with a sticker barcode instead of a Beats by Dre box. It just looks off

I bought these in May. I took very good care of them. Now the left side quit working and the box to carry them in won't hold a charge. Of course I forgot to get the protection plan so $100 something dollars down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Volume didn't work

Constant battle with these. You'll put them on to charge. Both show charging. Come back 8 hours later when you are ready to use them. One is at 1% charge the other 99%. Happens constantly and yes I've checked to make sure they are seated right in the cradle. The auto detector works half the time and not the other. Sometimes you'll put them on and they won't play. You get a sound like a mosquito flying around your head. Then you have to disconnect, then connect then disconnect again. Forget the device then reset it. It's way too much work and not enough enjoyment. It's especially frustrating when you have your run and meditation planned then go to use them only to find out you have to wait another hour or more because one didn't charge or they won't connect properly. Don't waste you time
