Ordered a pretty expensive drone for 800 US Dollars from a Third party seller through Walmart.com and upon receiving the merchandise the next business day it's totally the wrong Drone that I had paid for. To top that it was the lesser price drone that I had ordered. So I immediately boxed it back up %26 returned to my local Walmart store. The Third party seller (Beach Camera) was impossible to get a hold of someone in customer service to figure out what occurred. Last all confidence in Beach Camera and will never purchase from them again. It's been 2 weeks and today Walmart has issued me a Refund which probably won't be in my account for another couple of days. Upon returning the drone Walmart customer service issued me a receipt with a Fedex tracking %23 which never worked therefore I couldn't track the drones return to the Third party seller. Last night which is 13 days from returning drone I contacted Walmart over the phone %26 someone took my information because he too couldn't locate the drone using store issued tracking %23. Ultimately today I received an email stating I was issued a Refund for the full amount. Long story short do your homework if purchasing through a Third party seller on Walmart %26 keep receipts because some Walmart stores aren't as organized as you would think! Happy ending getting my money back just not how I wanted this experience to be…!!!!!
