Broken no response
I saw a bunch of reviews where the company said if they would have reached out to them before leaving a bad review they would have done something. The controller was trashed and mix matched, black Xbox white controller. They definitely didn't test it. The code for a year of core was already used and the Xbox looked used not just an open box like it said. Emailed both emails that were on the paperwork twice. Nothing. Messaged through Walmart, nothing. Returned. Really disappointing.
