it is as decribed
there were a few scratches just on the shell not on the screen, I feel like the battery is dying faster then it should but other than that I have no issues with this phone so far. it was fully unlocked and at this time I am happy with my purchase

The phone has a major scratch on the right side. Also it becomes so hot after using for 2 mins. Not recommended at all.
