To me Sony Equals Quality so it was no surprise that this TV is Awesome! Great features bells and whistles. Stunning Picture and when hung on the wall the sound quality sounds good. To say the least i am Very Pleased with this purchase. If you need help with anything their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Danielle you were a blessing. All i can say is, if you have to choose your first choice should always be Sony. Sony = Quality

Bought this the week before thanksgiving 2022. Besides two little issues I've had no problem and love the clarity and size of the image plus the sound for my room is great. First issue: the tv turned on but then everything froze. Remote didn't do anything. My solution was to reboot it like a computer, and I unplugged it from the wall. Waited about 5 minutes and everything came back up like normal. That was probably about a month after purchase. Have not had that problem again. Second issue has to do with the remote. It is small and slick. It loves to slide off the armrest and slip between the cushions all the way down to the floor under my recliner sofa. My solution to that was purchasing an aftermarket silicone cover for it and it doesn't slip between the cushions as bad. The added bonus is that the silicone cover glows in the dark and is easier to find on my dark colored sofa.

I bought this TV despite this being a premium offering compared to other brands. I think this is the best LED tv available in the market in terms of picture quality, fast processing and includes all latest technologies which makes it seamless to operate with any accessories like sound bar etc. The TV instantly recognizes any device connected to it and makes it very easy to operate. Google TV platform is good and easy to use. Don't is the best!

I purchased this 85" set about two months ago and have been extremely pleased with it. Spectacular picture quality with Dolby Vision HDR. Surprisingly good built-in sound quality and great integration with other Sony accessories such as a Playstation 5 game console and Sony sound bars. Impresses everyone that sees it in action. You would have to spend thousands more to see even minor improvements in quality.

I only got to enjoy it for a few days before I had to take a little trip out of town for a week. I'm back now and so far I just love this tv!

We've had this tv a year now. It replaced a 3 year old Samsung that went out and was too expensive to repair. This tv looks so much better. The picture is amazing and it is very user friendly.

The TV is the main event for entertainment in our home and our Sony Bravia shows up with Brilliant color, sharpness and quality sound! What a magnificent purchase!! We LOVE IT!!

Bought two months ago. Have to say I'm impressed! Colors are awesome. Picture is clear and sharp. Setup took a while to get use to. Now things are settling in. Still trying to figure out some of the features.

Bought this TV in November 2022 and never looked back. Excellent Product!

This TV has a lot of problems and Sony want do anything about it called them so many times they know it has problems and still sold them bad business
