Open Box Sony WF-1000XM4 Industry Leading Noise Canceling Truly Wireless Earbud Headphones with Alexa Built-in, Silver

I bought this last month and I'm truly happy with them, it does all it says on the description, they are very comfortable and don't hurt my ears after wearing them for a while! I've tried 3 different ones and all hurt. I don't have to remove them to talk and can walk with them and they don't fall. Haven't done any fast pace walk or exercise with them yet. I recommend them for sure!

Not comfortable. Beeps all the time. Sennheiser is more comfortable and better sound but lacks the feature I like the speak to chat. Wish it would activate when someone is speaking to me because I still can't hear until I begin talking.

They're losing battery on the right earbud FAST. It grew from being 5 - 10% difference, recently it's been 15, and now it's almost 30%. I don't know what to do!

Among the best sounding headphones I have owned but, run-time of only 40 minutes is quite an investment. Had hoped to use these for road trips and hikes but, battery simply doesn't allow. Sending back and looking for another option with better run-time.

I bought my WF1000XM4s back in Oct of 2021. I was excited to get them and loved the sound quality and noise cancelling that these wireless ear buds provided. Fast forward to present day (March '23) and they no longer hold much of a charge. The left bud connects and says fully charged but only lasts about 30 minutes. The right one is better but I can only get a couple hours of use before I get the low battery warning. Having only one earbud to listen to music or a movie is not very satisfying and totally forget about noise cancelling. Audio quality was and still is excellent but battery life makes them virtually unusable for any reasonable length of time.

The noise cancelling doing well, but the battery can't provide more than one hour music after one year usage. very disappointed.

I bought this just over a year ago and sound-wise it was pretty good. The settings were annoying, they would turn off in the middle of something because they 'couldnt feel my ear', and would also randomly decide to disconnect for no reason. Now the right earbud loses about 2% charge per minute and dies completely within 30 minutes. The left one lasts about 20 minutes longer. If I knew they were going to die after a year anyway I would have just bought the significantly cheaper option on the display next to these.

The earbuds come with 3 different pairs of ear tips, S, M and L. I tried all three sizes, but the earbuds fell out quickly (within around 1-2 minutes of wearing them - I wasn't moving at all). I tried different methods of inserting the earbuds, including widening the ear canal by pulling the ear backwards and twisting them in. At first, they seemed to fit well, but then I could hear them slowly sliding out. As long as I was holding the earbuds in though, they sounded great. The noise cancellation was amazing as well. I can't use the earbuds though if they always fall out.
