I've had these Headphones for 4 Months now and have no idea how I lived without them. I've put close to 1000 Hours on them without even a Hiccup. They are hands down the best headphones out and would buy them 10 times over. The only thing I would recommend to sony us adding some more padding to the from ear inserts, I had to take mine off after about 600 hours and upgrade them to the aftermarket ones with thicker memory foam. Other than that they are amazing.

The features that come with this device are is what's needed especially with noise cancelation, easy connectivity, sound customization within the app and comfort with wear. These headphones are worth every dollar and cent.

I've never used the noise canceling headphones and got this as a gift. The experience is really amazing and I can't use my earbuds anymore because of this :) I love sony!

Beautiful headphones that deliver as promised. There is no better way to describe them. Quality construction, ease of customization and noise cancelling technology are superior to anything else on the market.

I was debating about either getting these or a more expensive fruit flavor ones I went with these and I am so glad I did sound is awesome fit is perfect and I could wear these all day and get tired of em being on my head just one thing the m5s could you make em with replaceable cups other than that its perfect!!!!!!

So these are the best headphones, I have ever owned. However, I have bought 2 pair and they have both snapped on the right ear cuff. They seem to do it right at the 2year mark. I tried calling to get it repaired, apparently the don't make replacement parts. I still recommend these headphones, but if your an introvert who uses there headphones almost daily to avoid people 😂 you'll be buying them every 2 years.

Good device but has many software issues, switching between 2 connected devices takes 10 seconds to actually switch which in case of a call is very unreasonable, the noise-cancelling feature based on position and location constantly keeps switching on and off which is annoying. I hope they fix the Bluetooth multiple device switching

I went to unplug my headphones from charging and burned my finger. The headphones melted around the charging port and was smoking. I have taken very good care of my headphones and there was no reason for this to happen. Very disappointed and I'm out of headphones. I don't know what to do.

My wife bought comparable model called WH H910N a few years ago. Literally falling apart at the seams. Sony only gives one year warranty. At about 2 years this happens. Unacceptable. Poor workmanship. Would not recommend Sony headphones to anyone. I have Sennheiser headphones that are 20 years old that are better build quality.
