This bed is perfect for our 13 year, old man dog! The thick one piece base is very supportive. My Chesapeake Bay Retrieve has arthritis that has deformed one of his front legs. His other bed had multiple layers that would shift and half the time he was partially on the cold floor. For reference, he is 85 pounds. I'm hopeful the bolster will not shift or flatten so he'll be able to support his head if he chooses. Really impressive, well made, supportive bed for him! Thinking about a second one for the other room he spends some time in.

For the price this bed is fantastic! The outer cover comes on and off with ease for washing and the filler mattress inside is contained and has a cover of its own so easy to take in and out. I’ve had done beds where it’s torture to get everything back together. The XXL 45”x34” fits my 100 lbs Great Dane with room to spare when she stretches out. We are very happy with the purchase.

This is as thick as the pics, which was a pleasant surprise. The cover material is super soft, the pillow surround is similar to a regular pillow. My arthritic dog has forsaken his other orthopedic beds (yeah, he's a bit spoiled) and hasn't laid anywhere else since I got it. 😊 Excellent buy

My Prince Kobe is an older larger Belgium Malios dog who happens to be blind; and he loves this bed! When he first got it - he put himself on it and he stayed enjoying the comfort for a good 24 hours before he finally went to go do something else. Thank you for making a bed that is comfortable and looks good.

My dog loved it even before I put the foam in! I put the cover in the dryer for 20 min on low (as instructions called for) and then put it where I planned to have it stay and he was in it quickly. I needed to wait until the next evening to let the foam insert expand properly and he was a little unsure but now he loves it and curls up on it. My plan is to get him used to it before he gets old enough jumping down off the couch hurts him. I am devoted to him as much as he is to me

The bed ended up being too small for my dog. I ordered the 35", which shows a golden retriever sprawled out on in the picture, but it definitely does not fit a large dog, as described in the title. However, the quality is great and it came packaged very well! Just order a size bigger if you have a large dog!

I bought two of these dog beds for my Pyrenees and Bernese dogs. I set them out in the living room. before i could take them to the foyer. My cats took over. just as I turned around. So I am ordering two more for older pyranese and one for the cats.

I am very pleased with this bed. It did need the foam to be steamed in order to reach its full thickness— letting it sit out was never going to fix the heavily squashed foam. But I used a clothing steamer and that fixed it right up. My 115 pound dog has been sleeping on this daily for weeks and it’s holding up great. Will definitely buy again.

quality and softness was great. the seems and zipper areas were well sewn. love the easy access to unzip the foam to make washing a breeze. diwnfalls i think is price and the fact that the sides are all raised not giving like an open entrance to walk into because my dog is blind and the raised sides makes it a little difficult for him to get in. overall i say give it a go if its on sale.

Complete garbage you can go to Ross or Michael’s or HomeGoods and get 10 times better for half the money! Don’t bother!! I took it out of the box, but I didn’t even put it together. It comes in pieces because it’s so lightweight and so flimsy it’s not even worth assembling.
