OPI Infinite Shine Base Coat, ProStay Primer 0.5 oz

Quick drying, applies easily, creates a nice smooth base for the full 3 step polish application. Really nice and it does last 10/11 days if applied properly which is great.

I was sent the Gel Colour Base Coat to trial complimentary, not this actual one but I found I preferred it to my usual professional brand that I use. I'm a qualified nail tech & in comparison this OPI Gel Color base coat is far superior. Please bare in mind that this works best when applied in a thin scrubby layer after 1st prepping the nail bed, it is a sticky base compared with my usual brand & I found after curing the gel color adhered brilliantly & manicures lasted longer without lifting. I also really love the brush applicator too.

Let's talk product I have to say it's one of the best top coats I have used it leaves your nails super shiny and ready for the next coat and to be honest it can be used as a top coat too so win win guys! Deffo recommend this product especially if your want stronger nails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow I am very impressed with this top coat. not only did it make my nails feel stronger but it also made them so shiny! the first time I used it I did have some chipping around day 2 or 3 but I don't know if that's because I wash my hands a lot with my job. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's always great to finish the manicure with a shine and that's what this did. It provided me with the shine I needed, although it wasn't completely streak free and I did need to go over my nails a second time. Even after that I would still recommend this.

I've been using ridge primer for my base coat for a couple of years. I have been getting concerned that it dries my nails out. I thought it was time for a change and bought ProStay Base coat. Now I am not sure how good it is. First time using it and my Polish which usually lasts more than a week, peeled off after a few days. The polish was a new pot/colour and so I need to try each one separately to find the problem.

I was sent this product by Influenster complimentary to test and review. I found the application was lovely and I loved the shape and length of the application brush. The polish also applied like a dream over this base coat. Unfortunately after 2 days of wear I experienced lifting and chipping, which I never get from my regular base coat from a different brand, I removed, double prepped and reapplied but this time the polish lasted 4 days before I experienced peeling and chipping. I will not be using this base coat on my clients.
