This magnesium supplement has been a part of my daily magnesium regimen since April. I usually take one in the middle of the day, between lunch and dinner, and then another one before bed to aid in sleep. I wanted a product that was already bioavailable and haven't experienced any problems. The quantity of tablets in the bottle is another favorite feature. With this product, I feel like I'm getting both quality and value, which isn't usually the case with other supplements that only provide enough for one month. This is my second bottle, and when the one I currently have runs out, I'll buy another one of this product.

All of my friends have heard me rave about this magnesium. The difference in sleep quality is significant. Since taking this before bed, my fitbit sleep scores, which I wear while I sleep, have been in the upper 80s to 90s. It also eases muscle aches brought on by exercise at the gym. Quite expensive, but definitely worth it for general health.

I bought this product because it comes in capsule form, doesn't require refrigeration, and has a lot of probiotics. This product is excellent for travel because it is heat resistant.

I had two magnesium supplements with dinner. It gave me a headache, and I slept poorly the entire night. I have a massive quantity of tablets, but I'm hesitant to attempt it again. I wish you could return them or give them to someone who could use them.
