Love this brand. I take 2 everyday and the quality of my sleep has improved a lot.
good quality magnesium.
I was having pretty severe palpitations before starting on Optimum Magnesium, three capsules per day, and they have completely disappeared! I believe that next to Vit. D, magnesium is probably the nutrient that Americans are most deficient in. This is an easy and inexpensive way to fix that!
Each morning and evening, I take two tablets. I've had no problems with this product, and I am confident that I am obtaining magnesium that is of a good caliber, which helps to maintain normal blood pressure. I shed almost 50 pounds and reached my target weight while following the ketogenic diet. I've used a number of items to ensure that my supplementation was appropriate, including this one. I went days without eating anything else. When it runs out, I'll certainly buy it again. I've bought this product twice.
I've used a lot of other Mag products, but this one is unique. I also use this company's vitamin D supplement. My inquiries were all satisfactorily answered by outstanding customer service. I gave them the label of another Mag product, and they answered with very detailed advice on absorbency, when to take the product, and what to look out for. They helped promptly and graciously.
I've been using this particular brand for a few years, and in addition to its calming effects, one feature that makes it stand out is its capacity to subtly increase my glutathione levels. I have a high sensitivity to drugs, yet these have never caused me any problems compared to other brands.
This magnesium supplement has been a part of my daily magnesium regimen since April. I usually take one in the middle of the day, between lunch and dinner, and then another one before bed to aid in sleep. I wanted a product that was already bioavailable and haven't experienced any problems. The quantity of tablets in the bottle is another favorite feature. With this product, I feel like I'm getting both quality and value, which isn't usually the case with other supplements that only provide enough for one month. This is my second bottle, and when the one I currently have runs out, I'll buy another one of this product.
Works great. Have been on this or another brand for decades. My only issue with Pure Therapro is the shipping costs. I tried to bundle this with Zinc Defense and Power Probiotic Daily. Website says shipping is free over $75. I spent more than $150 in product but each was billed separately, costing more than $20 in shipping. Ridiculous. I canceled everything but the magnesium until I can find a suitable replacement.
Prior to purchasing this bottle, I took magnesium for years without experiencing any problems. Because it can be difficult to obtain, I wanted to switch from a liquid supplement I was taking, so I purchased this. It took me five days to realize that the issue is with this supplement. Before I stopped taking it, I suffered from excruciating migraines, stomach cramps, and diarrhea for days.
I firmly believe in supplements, and after reading the details on this one, I thought it seemed like a fantastic product. I'm sorry to tell, but the stuff isn't at all good. My feet and legs are cramping so badly that I should probably just save my time and not take it at all. I've made countless attempts to get in touch with Amazon, but that's just a joke. I won't order it again, it's not working for me.
