Optimum Nutrition Platinum Hydro Whey

I like the taste of the regular protein little better, but this is noticeably easier on my digestion/stomach, which is totally worth the trade off. The regular one tastes more like chocolate milk to me, and this one tastes a little sweeter in flavor (its definitely not overly sweet)

Ive always had trouble with other proteins giving me stomach aches or not sitting right. This one made all the difference. Only minor set back would be the taste 4/5.

I usually buy the bigger one, but I like the smaller packaging, the price was good, and it was delivered in time.

Shipped from Walmart and arrived the next day intact. Product itself is great, better than the regular Optimum wheys but more pricey. I figure you're putting this stuff in your body so its worth the price. Only thing I didnt like was that the product expires in less than a year, and the manufacture date was a while back, so maybe it was sitting around for a while. Not a big deal if its not technically expired I guess.

Love this product it is delicious and loaded with protein.

If you're 40 or over, you may feel you need more recovery time. I lift 6 days a week and I think hydrowhey helps a lot. 2 shakes a day. 1 or both right after lift. I deducted a star because it's a little pricey.
