Excellent balance.

Mark A March 25, 2025

This is a well balanced protein with the addition of creatine and other recovery ingredients. Mixes exceptionally well, and drinks smooth, excellent quality! My new go to protein.

Taste is good and it's super convenient

Anonymous August 25, 2024

Taste is good, I usually put it in a mix of frozen fruit and blend with water but it tastes very good. It's super easy and simple because I don't have to remember all these different bottles. Would definitely recommend

Good taste

Kristopher August 3, 2024

The taste is the best part. Mixes well. The only thing I can complain about is the size and price.

Pretty good

Trey K August 23, 2025

Can definitely feel the texture of the creatine but the chocolate in it tastes very well. I didn't really notice much of a difference in digestion with the glutamine. I would possibly suggest some more glutamine in this protein powder or just double scooping when making a quick shake. The actual flavor of the chocolate is very good, tastes pretty close to chocolate milk especially if you mix it with milk.

Optimum Nutrition - Platinum Rebuild

Isaac C March 17, 2026

Very good flavor with very good benefits. I used to take my protein shake and creatine separately and now it is so much more convenient because it is a 2 for 1 so it saves me time when I am in a rush. The effects are really good i feel a lot stronger and more aware. I would say this is for a beginner because it already has what you need so no need for different measurements. I would definitely buy it if you are considering it.

Very good protein powder.

Anonymous March 5, 2026

I love the flavor of this protein powder, I use it in milk, water, and even smoothies. It isnt chalky or anything and the flavor is great. Probably wouldn't go well with all fruits though because it is vanilla. Great for people trying to lose weight, gym goers, non gym goers, anyone really. Pick the flavor you like most and everything will be perfectly great. Great protein powder, would buy again.

Great quality protein powder

Loralai L September 17, 2025

Really great vanilla flavor! Very strong. Mixes well into smoothies and protein ice cream made in the Ninja Creami. Super super sweet though. Sometimes it is slightly clumpy but it does blend well and has a smooth consistency otherwise. Even yummy on its own when made in a protein shaker with some milk or water. Would probably be great to use in oatmeal or pancakes as well. A very versatile product.

it was a very good flavor but wasn't incredibly sweet so if you use unsweetened almond milk for lower calories it doesn't taste very strongly sweetened but tastes great with sweetend soy/almond milk and whole milk i would recommend this more for people who are pretty consistent in the gym as the things it has helps you feel more recovered and less sore in the morning after your workout

Kaiden A March 3, 2026

I love that there is an option for protein and creatine in one. It helps save money and time. I usually carry multiple shaker bottles for protein and creatine, but Platinum Rebuild changes that for me. The flavor is good and I definitely recommend it to people who are not just beginners when working out. There is 3g of creatine, so a two scoop shake makes it work perfectly
