Very beneficial. Amazing relief. Nice therapy. Who'd thought.
My muscles have been getting super sore since I started a new workout regimen and my usual muscle release tools just weren't cutting it anymore. I decided to give the PRO-PODS a shot and I love them so much! The texture on the product really helps me get into sore muscle groups and I love having two (especially to treat both feet at once). I highly recommend these.
They stretch my feet and help my balance.
