Brilliant little massager! Easy to take with me and use in my office . I sometimes sit for long periods of time and I use at my desk. I use it on my glutes hamstrings, quads and bottoms of my feet while sitting to reduce numbness and increase bloodflow. It feels great and is the right density for the job! Highly recommend.

This is a great tool to pin point trigger areas and hold for release. I've not been able to get it to stick to the wall. I think I'll have to try the shower wall, maybe it will stick better to the tile. Other than that, very nice to release tight muscles.

Oh, I like this tool a lot. It can be used in so many different ways. It is small enough to fit nicely in my purse. I plan to take it with me when I travel.

I purchased the Pro-Point hoping it would more accurately focus the pressure on a deep trigger point than I'd experienced with a ball. The Pro-Point has done just that. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I was super excited to receive the pro point myofascial release tool, as it is advertised to have adjustable angles and adheres to a wall. Thetool itself works very well. The section cup is a disappointment! It does not stick to the eggshell, satin, or flat finish of standard wall paint options. It does however suction well to a yoga brick so that's how I've been using it against a wall. Definitely needs a less stiff suction cup that will Adhere to standard wall paint finishes.
