This is thin shiny plasticy material. Not at all like the plyable 'vinyl' I need.

I only received 5ft of vinyl not the ten ft I paid for!

I contacted the seller and explained that this item was sent to me damaged. The seller offered nothing, except for an apology, and then gave me an excuse that my email came in when he was not able to respond, however, he did respond, and again gave nothing but an apology. Offered no solutions to my damaged item yesterday, today says Walmart has a 30 day guarantee, after going back-and-forth in several emails he finally decided to offer that as a solution
