Orajel 4x Medicated Toothache & Gum Instant Pain Reliever 0.33 oz, 6-Pack

I have been in pain off and on for a few weeks, being a over the road truck driver, it is hard to get the dental help that I need when I need it. In the past, I put off seeing the dentist, because at my age, I know that it's time to start getting ready to get dentures. And orajel 4 X medicated will help till I can get to a dentist. I know that I will pack a few of these in my go bag, when I go back on the road. That way I will have some for me ,or for a brother trucker, or a sister trucker , that needs some fast help with teeth problems.

I could immediately tell a different when using this product. It truly felt like it worked stronger than other products I have previously tried. I didn't have to apply nearly as much as I would typically. It was slightly harder to move around but once it sticks, it sticks. Worst tooth pain in a very long time and I tried Orajel for the very first time - the maximum double medicated type that said it offered instant pain relief.. no lie, it worked instantly.. I still have the jaw bone and ear pain, but the tooth pain and throbbing is literally gone!

I never experience toothaches or pain, but after having a toothache for quite some time with no dentist available I became desperate for relief. I remember buying Orajel for my baby and was considering buying it again, but when I looked online I saw that Oragjel has certainly expanded. I figured since my toothache was bad enough (to me) I would go with the 4X Medicated cream. WOW! I immediately applied it to the pained area and the surrounding gum. I was taken aback by how intense the numbing was. The entire area, including my cheek and tongue were numb. The numbness lasted for a while and I felt immediate relief. Aside from the fact, that I thought I did something wrong or bought a clinical product I was so relieved that my pain had subsided. I applied it a few more times in different amounts on the area that day, not totaling more than 4. I woke up the next day and the pain was completely gone. I'm not sure how this Orajel helped, but all I know is that it worked- 100%!

I have a tooth that is infected and I'm waiting for an extraction. This helps with the intense tooth pain I am having right now. It's extremely sensitive and keeps me awake at night with throbbing pain. This is the only product that will relive the pain and help me sleep until the infection clears. Best OTC product for tooth pain there is.

What is the difference, same ingredient's, everything is the same but the color on the box on the letters PM. Love the product, bought both but I want to know what the difference is or is it a marketing ploy. To be honest you don't need a marketing plot, your product works.

For weeks I thought my tooth problems were just really bad and that's where the constant burning came from. No it was this product, every time I used specifically the 4x formula there was an insane increase in pain. I will say my teeth still are in poor condition but never in any other product have I felt pain jump like this product does.

I have been using Orajel cream often for the past year because I have sensitive gums. With the new change from 3X medicated to 4X medicated I now no longer have an option to use produced by orajel. The prior cream was long lasting and a taste that was manageable u like this product. The Taste is unbearable and the cream is thin and appears to be like gel. It does not help for more then a minute for a toothache or gum pain.

It looks like a new low for the corporate beancounters. They have come up with a cream that lasts as long as the gel - which means IT DOESN'T LAST. Oh and for good measure, it tasted like garbage. The 'severe pain' formula in the red box lasted for hours - the new version disappears in a matter of seconds and you have to re-apply.
