These were the best. So glad I found them.

So delicious you will forget you are using them for a medical purpose. They are delicious and definitely keep your mouth moist. They do have xylitol in them, so watch the amount you take as you can get diarrhea and xylitol is also lethal to pets, especially dogs. You will love them and the are small enough so you won't feel afraid to choke on them.

I use these lozenges all the time and are the best tasting Oral B produces. The mint is just an okay taste, but at times is overpowering when my mouth is extremely dry. unfortunately, this isvery frequently, which is why I buy so many lozenges. Recently it's been very hard to find the orange flavored lozenges by Oral B. ive noticed yhat they've sdded a watermelon flavor, of all crazy things. i sincerely hope they have mot stopped making the orange flavored lozenges. if so, hopefully I'll be able to find a company that make a comparable product.

These have the best flavor of dry mouth lozenges that I have found. They work so good. Before I found these I had a constant dry mouth and now it has been resolved.

Love these lozenges! Great flavor, last through the night. I agree with the other current reviews though, in they are sporadic and hard to find. As someone who needs such a product on a daily basis for life, I was thrilled when I discovered them. There are not similar products really, (mint & lemon are not similar!).

I'm not a fan of orange flavor but thought I'd try them anyway. Turns out they are great tasting. The orange taste is mild and not overwhelming.

We were using the biotene lozenges but they got hard to get and the price went way up. These work just as good but much cheaper

Tastes ok a lot sweeter than the lemon honey(my favorite)

I bought 6 boxes of these about 6 months ago and then 2 more boxes just yesterday. The boxes I purchased 6 months ago had a longer expiration date by 10 months than the two boxes I purchased yesterday. Of course this was a different vendor, so your mileage might be different, however, WM fell many months short when it came to expiration dates. That said, I still gave it one star for at least having the product on the shelf to buy.

These sugar free orange candies do help your mouth to salivate, while it is in your mouth, just like any other candy would. But as soon as the small piece has dissolved, any benefit is gone too - there is no 4 hour residual effect. Wish I hadn't spent $11. to find this out. Will not be buying again.
