Found this product to do a great job like all dental tape but this two pack makes it handy not only in the bathroom and leaves a nice lite taste on mint ,.Thank you Walmart in making it easy in having these products shipped right to your door

Low quality Shreds easily

I didn't get what I ordered and how can I return it? I ordered the Oral-B Complete Satin Ribbon Mint Dental Floss, 50m, 2 Pack online and it shipped from somewhere, but was sent the plain satin floss. My order was online because the local store does not keep the Oral-B Complete Satin Ribbon Mint Dental Floss, 50m, 2 Pack in stock and it seems they sent the substitute. Opting out of the substitute is not an option when ordering online. Since a return option is not available I will go ahead and use it and maybe next time online ordering will be more reliable.

oral b recommended for me to try this one since they changed the original thread. it gets caught between my teeth and shreds really bad. feels like its pulling on my fillings. sometimes i cannot get it out.

If your teeth are close together do not buy this floss. It frays and gets stuck in between teeth. As a result it breaks as you use it. You have to use a new piece of floss to get the stuck frayed pieces out of your teeth. This has been frustrating for me because when the floss works I like it. But nearly every time I use it I have the fraying and breaking issue

Not “satin”, it's plastic. Hard on gum, and breaks between the teeth. Since Oral B changed their materials for dental floss last year, all their floss products became plastic. Will not buy any of their floss products anymore.

Oral-B changed the floss plastic. This plastic is stiff and does not slide easily between my teeth. If you can manage to get the edge flat, you can more easily slide it down otherwise it feels like it's pulling on the teeth. I also need to use little floss threaders for underneath my retainer and this floss will not stay in the threader very well. I wish they would go back to their original forever plastic lol ! AND they are just too minty and make me cough.

It looks like Oral B has changed all of their flosses, none of them are what they used to be and they are all junk. I used to love their flosses and how they were all "ribbon floss". Now all of them are more like sewing thread, they're absolutely awful. They are thin and actually hurt your gums, it feels like you're giving yourself paper cuts with how thin this floss is. It shreds horribly, too. I have purchased every variety of floss they make hoping to find one that is how it used to be made, but it seems they've thrown quality out the window. It's very disappointing because this isn't cheap floss cost-wise, but it sure is materials-wise.

I have been using Oral B products for quite some time but this "new" Satin Floss deserves 0 stars because I cannot pull even a tiny bit of floss from the container. There is no way to open the holder so I have no choice but to throw it out because I no longer have my receipt of purchase.

I bought this because it said "tape" on the package. This is "floss" not "tape." So, the packaging is misleading. I needed Satin TAPE.
