I like a ‘grittier’ floss, not the really slick kind. This deep cleans great! It’s also used in dentists offices. I highly recommend it.

I've been using Oral-B Glide Floss for a few years now, but recently I've noticed some issues. When I open it, the floss is hard to pull out. The floss itself feels too slippery, and at one point the container even broke, so I had to open it just to fix the thread that got stuck. I'm not sure if the manufacturer has changed the materials recently, but lately I'm not satisfied with the product.

Top doesn't close completely. The string shreds and coils; it doesn't lay flat and it hurts the gums and bled a couple of times.

This used to be the best floss with the easiest glide for those of us with tight spaces between teeth, but now the floss gets stuck constantly. You can tell they've taken a layer off of the floss (which is what made it glide better) because it's see-through now instead of bright white and malleable. So disappointed.

I was not sent "pro health." The floss looks almost identical to pro health except it does NOT say pro health on it and the quality of floss would also indicate that it is NOT pro health. It is advertised as pro health though. But when I got it I noticed the floss says everything else "Oral-B Glide DEEP CLEAN cool mint floss." Consider avoiding this 3rd party.

I used Oral B floss for a long time. I think they changed it, now it looks like some flat plastic ribbon which is impossible to use because since it is not like before like a thread, it is a flat ribbon it keeps getting stuck in between teeth. There is no minty flavor either.

This used to be my favorite floss to use. It was comfortable and cleaned incredibly well. Since the texture change though, it's incredibly uncomfortable and over all unpleasant too use anymore. I feel the latest batch I bought was just wasted money. I have no desire to use this anymore.

Why oh why did you have to change this floss? It's absolutely horrible now. I can't stand it. It shreds now and it doesn't work well for tight teeth. Please go back to the original. I've used this for many, many years and would never have thought about switching but I do not like this new change at all. Other people seem to agree. Go back or you will lose a ton of business.
