I like that it is about the same size of the toothbrush I previously used and not bulky at all like other electric toothbrushes I've used and abandoned. I am petite, with a small mouth, I tried several of them and because they were too large for me the rotating part would always cut my tongue and that happened several times with different brands. So I just gave up. I was skeptical when I decided to try the Oral-B Pulsar, but by looking at it I could tell it looked just the same size as a regular toothbrush with none of those murderous rotating parts. So I decided to give it a try. And man, I am glad I did it! This toothbrush is nothing like any others in the market, it is not bulky at all, fits my mouth just right and I feel it vibrates much more than others. I thought that was just a perception, however, I found that my teeth feel so cleaner after brushing with this toothbrush. Do you know that feeling after a deep cleaning at the dentist? Same thing. Really. And for the price point you can't go wrong! I am definitely going to buy for my husband too! I would definitely recommend, even if you are not a big fan of electric toothbrushes this one will change your mind.

This toothbrush really did clean my teeth twice as well as my manual toothbrush has been doing. This was my first experience with a non-manual toothbrush, and this Oral-B 3D Luxe Pulsar Manual Toothbrush will now be my toothbrush of choice from now on. I love how clean my mouth feels after using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used manual toothbrushes and electric toothbrushes, and this toothbrush has aspects of each. It is mechanical like an electric toothbrush, but this toothbrush vibrates as opposed to the bristles moving. I feel like I get a better brushing because of this, but you still need to brush because the bristles do not move (at least that is my interpretation). I wish this toothbrush came with a charging station, but I have not had battery life issues (this brush uses one battery). Very good toothbrush, somewhere between the intensity of an electric toothbrush and the everyday value of a manual toothbrush. Definitely a better brushing than a typical toothbrush

I have been using the Pulsars for over 2 years, amounting to over 6 of them. With 3 of them, the On/Off switch began to malfunction within 2 weeks of use. After several tries, the brush will operate correctly, but it is a nuisance. Other than that I have been happy with the brush, and my semi-annual cleanings at the dentist have been easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this vibrating toothbrush definitly vibrates... but I feel like that is ALL that it does. I press kind of hard when I brush my teeth, so I feel like the vibrations really don't pulsate like it says it should. Good Lord, dont let the plastic part of the brush vibrate against your other teeth...that's a bit shocking. It doesnt hurt, but it also isnt my favorite thing to do. For the life of me I cannot figure out how this vibration really does any better of a job than my normal tooth brush. And the little rubber paddles in the brush head remind me of something you'd see at a car wash. I don't know. I cant say that I would recommend this. Or maybe I should just to see if it's user error. Maybe it's the rubber paddles that do the best work. The brush head does not swirl, or move, it just vibrates. Alot. Maybe if it vibrated in circles or back and forth it might catch my attention a little more.

I bought this toothbrush 2 weeks ago and it already quit on me already and wont turn on and is not the battery as I checked. Nice toothbrush just wish it would have lasted longer
