Extra Soft, Extra Clean and Extra Gentle
The brush looked to be too small for my large teeth though I was pleasantly impressed with how clean my teeth, gums and tongue are after a brushing with the extra gentle yet effective bristles. Even though my right wrist has advanced cartilage erosion the ergonomically designed handle positioned my thumb perfectly throughout my brushing routine. Thank Oral b for a great toothbrush design and for prioritizing paying for the company 2021 copyright's. Good work and continued success!

Wonderfully Soft

This is not the brush I was expecting. The handle is skinny, hard for me to use.

I returned the toothbrushes back to the store because they weren't the exact ones I've been looking for... I need the ones with the smaller bristles... I have to go back in the Appl and look again... Walmart sold them in-store at one time, but they are hard to find now... i found 2 at Walgreens... I'll keep searching.

Not as advertised!
This tooth brush is definitely NOT ultra soft for sensitive gums! It's not as harsh as some, but not ultra soft. I will not purchase again. $10 for something I cannot use - no thanks.

Not soft at all.
I purchased this toothbrush thinking 'extra soft' would be really soft and gentle, it's not. It's harder than my old 'Gum' toothbrush which to me is not that soft.

NOT SOFT AT ALL !
I'm not sure where Oral B gets off calling FIRM brushes to be "Ultra Soft" but this is most definitely NOT SOFT AT ALL ! And most definitely not ultra soft. What happened to you Oral B ? Its falsifying information like this that makes consumers look towards competitors in higher priced electric brushes.
