More expensive than generic knockoffs, but a totally different feel. Unlike cheaper copies, these glide across tooth surfaces and don't make odd noises as they spin. The vibration (sonic) performance also is superior.

I picked it up at the Walmart physical store in my location, everything was fast and everything went well and the item is the original, the only thing I notice is that each head lasts less than 3 months.

They are kind of expensive for a toothbrush replacement but there's no choice but to get them. I did buy them on sale, so hopefully next time when I buy them they will be on sale again!

If you have this toothbrush, you know that is a very fancy toothbrush, and it is expensive, but it is worth it, I'm not here to review the toothbrush. I'm here to review the brush head replacements. You get four in a pack they are individually packaged, which is also nice because once you open the package, you could still keep the toothbrush heads term free when you store them. They're easy to take on and off the toothbrush perfectly and easy to know when to change based on the color of the bristles. Kind of expensive but the brush heads last bit and the toothbrush overall is expensive but it's a specific type of bristle and head so I guess you kind of expect it to be expensive.

These heads work perfectly with the Oral-B iO Series toothbrush and are superior to standard ones, with a gentle yet effective bristle design that's comfortable on gums. They fit well, last a long time before needing to be replaced, and provide a thorough clean. Yes, they are pricey in comparison to some others BUT they're excellent value for money spent!

I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I've always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can't afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

Any rating would be truly misleading, I never used this product. I was thinking I was ordering the handle (or base) as well as the bristles as being extra … included in the price. So since I didn't have the handle (or base it might be named), I have no opinion.

NO way this was an Oral B toothbrush replacement. The bristles were so flimsy compared to the new original toothbrush bristles I got with OralB toothbrush purchased last year from WM. This SECOND ATIME I bought a thru WM on line %26 recd inferior product. WM STOP BUYING KNOCK OFF brands that's supposed to be by the original mfg…🤨
