These are THE BEST toothbrushes and get your mouth so clean! The only downside is the design with the hole in the handle. My toothbrush is stored vertical up in a cup, and gunk still builds in that design hole. 🤢 I'm not sure why it's designed like that?? It also has a little bump in the design that exacerbates the problem, catching and pooling liquid. It needs to not have a hole and just be smooth. No need to get fancy. But it really is the best toothbrush head! The only toothbrush I buy for my family!

Why can't the manufacturer leave a good product alone. i ordered these thinking they were the same Pro Flex Expert Clean version. Instead they added some flat white rubber nubs to the inner part of the brush and changed the name slightly. These are horrible they hurt my gums. Returning them. I always purchase these toothbrushes. this particular time they were delivered with what appeared to be coconut oil on the packaging and the package was OPEN!!

I just want to replace my Oral B 40 and now I can't find any. I bought these as I thought they were regular toothbrushes but they are globs of plastic that do nothing to clean your teeth! Who thought these were a good idea?? I can't even find a regular Oral B now. I'll be going to another brand.
