It is a little pricey, but it's worth the price. I receive this product in exchange for my honest review.

And I love that the color fades when it's time to replace it, no more guessing. If you have the iO toothbrush, these refills make the biggest difference. I just bought this one yesterday to replace my old Oral B toothbrush. They are the best value for money & offer great quality !

The bristles are much sturdier than on a normal electric toothbrush, so it actually feels like it is cleaning your teeth. They have about a 2.5-3 month lifespan, so they are not too expensive comparatively, even if they do cost more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with how clean my teeth felt after my very first brushing. The shape of the brush head allows each tooth to get thoroughly cleaned. It also felt like my gums were getting a great massage. Very impressed. If there was anything I would change it would be these two things: 1. Having a flat surface on the bottom of the replacement head. This really bugs me as I like to stand the brush head to dry in my medicine cabinet. I'm unable to do this as it's angled and have to lie it down which isn't the best option. You may ask why not just leave it on? Well, there's several of us who use it, so that's not an option. 2. Having a cap to cover the brush head in between uses. Yes, it's kept in my medicine cabinet, but it has fallen on the floor so having that extra coverage would be a great feature.

Cons: expensive and requires app integration. Despite the cost, I would purchase it again for its exceptional performance. 

Received item that is different from the picture. I don't know if it is fake or old packaging. Now I will have to go in store to look for replacement heads.

I bought the six pack of the ultimate clean refills. Each one (on my 3rd refill now) has only lasted less than 30 days before the blue had disappeared from the head! What the heck?! I've always ordered the plaque removal style prior with each lasting well beyond 30 days. Please exchange these and replace with the plaque ones. Can't afford to be replacing a head every month. By the way, I LOVE my iO 7 brush! Hygienist has a positive comment on my brushing each time I go for my 6 month cleaning. 70 years old and proud of my teeth and Oral B, except for these ultimate clean refills. I have included pics too.

The items came packaged in a large envelope without any bubble wrap or padding. When I opened them both bristle tops were shattered. I want a refund based on my description. I do not want to drive to Walmart, park, and go in to return. The same goes for returning to UPS store. I do not understand why I am responsible for the return when the fault lies with whoever did the packaging.
