I really enjoy this product. It's very simple to setup from instructions, the picture quality is surprisingly better than expected given the price of products in this range is usually are not at all that satisfying. The only issue I have is that the life of the camera with a energy source could be longer, but overall still a good purchase.

This camera is useless. Made in China with directions that are difficult to understand. Impossible to paire with 5G network. I want a refund on this purchase, but I don't have the return package. Can I return it in a store?

Very difficult to get to connect to my phone so I still haven't got to use it or see the quality of the video but the battery life absolutely sucks it pretty much shuts off within the first 5 minutes of unplugging it and it also damaged my brand new 128gb SD card that I put in it

This is fraudulent. asked for card information, tried to charge card says 0.00 tried to charge 50.00 my bank immediately blocked and reported fraudulent. The camera is horrible, didnt pick anything up, then says you need to download their firm ware which did not ever download, i believe it was hacking my phones information which as any one would know has sensitive information. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM, IF BOUGHT RETURN OR ASK FOR REFUND! THIS ITEM ISNT SAFE, REPEAT IS NOT SAFE! Ill only be buying United States Made Products!

The cameras may be good but I'll never know. The app required for operation did not load. When I approached about returning them, I was told there was nothing they could do.

Do not recommend this product is a piece of crap. Do not waste your money. The app you have to download is useless and not in English and does not make corrections very well to be able to enter information.

Terrible product, quality of the camera is terrible I do not recommend night vision does not work battery is terrible do not buy this the app gives you adds, every time you disconnect from the WiFi you will have to redo the whole set up again.

Horrible quality. App is impossible to use with all the ads blocking the page. And when trying to sign up for the cloud service, it denies every payment method. Waste of money and waste of time.
