Orbit 1/2" Brass Impact on Adjustable Tripod Base

I recently purchased the Orbit 1/2" Brass Impact Sprinkler on Adjustable Tripod Base, and overall it performs well. Water coverage and distance are solid, and the tripod itself is stable and easy to adjust. Setup was straightforward, and getting it positioned the way I wanted didn't take long. The only issue I ran into was that the sprinkler head tended to stick in one position during operation. After this happened a few times, I had to make a small adjustment to the spring mechanism to get it rotating properly. Once dialed in, it worked much better — just something to be aware of. Even with that minor adjustment, I'd still buy it again. It's a good sprinkler with strong coverage, and as long as you're willing to fine‑tune it a bit, it works reliably without needing constant babysitting.

I love this sprinkler! My property is very uneven and I love that I can adjust the legs to level the sprinkler head OR set it up at an angle to reach even higher ground. I had bought the shorter version a few years ago and still use it for the more level areas. I also love that it didn't cost a fortune.

My son had this sprinkler to water his very large lawn and it covers a huge area and breaks up the water so there is coverage from the sprinkler out to the edge of the coverage. You can keep it down lower or for more spread of the water you can raise it with two different adjustments on each leg. This is one of the best sprinklers I have found and would highly recommend it to anyone with a need for lots of coverage. You can adjust the head from a very small area to the full circle. I ordered using "site to store" and it was free and I got it real fast.

this thing is the bomb. i can reach the drip line of 7 trees with it. seems well built and works great. also easy to set up.

Easy to set up. Easy to change flow directions. Light weight. Spray works to cover area from sprinkler to end of stream.

great product and shipped on time. I ordered from Walmart because the price was better than Amazon or orbit's own website. I purchased two sets of sprinklers to irritgate my lawn following overseeding. However, due to continuing rain over almost a week i haven't got a chance to use the product yet.

Doesn't shot water out as far as I thought it would.

Outstanding quality! Cute my watering time in half.

I paid extra for this sprinkler over other brands because of the claim of up to a 100 ft spray pattern. I knew that would require torrential water pressure and I wouldn't get that much. But I only needed to water an area of about 85 ft. I'm only getting about 60 feet of coverage. Barely over half of the manufacturer's claim and just about what the other brands claim. Orbit should scale back their assertions for the average homeowner that will be using this. I'm surprised this item has such good reviews on Walmart. It has a 2-star rating on the manufacturer's website for quality issues and spray pattern.

First tripod sprinkler I have ever tried/owned. Overall made well with adjustable height legs. No instructions came in the box, but it is very simple to figure out. Not sure if the range of water can be adjusted. I would estimate 60-70 ft range-not quite the 100ft as advertised. I am happy with this purchase.
