I received the Orbit Gum as a free sample from Pinchme.com in exchange for my honest opinion and I absolutely loved it. I had gone to dinner and ate a garlic dish and I felt confident that after chewing the gum I had fresh breath to go on about my day until I got home to finally brush my teeth. It has a clean fresh taste and the powerful mint scent masks any odor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Orbit Peppermint Sugar Free Gum Mega Pack is hands down one of my favorite little essentials to keep with me everywhere I go. The flavor is perfectly refreshing without being too strong, and it keeps my breath fresh way longer than most gums I've tried. I love that it's sugar free but still tastes amazing. The mega pack is perfect for moms like me who always need one on hand, whether it's for after coffee, before running errands, or just to give a little boost during the day. The size is ideal to keep in my purse or even slip into my pocket, so I'm never without it. It's one of those small things that makes me feel a little more put together no matter how crazy the day gets. This mom rocks it, minty fresh and all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only do I love the fresh peppermint flavor of this gum, but I also love the packaging. It holds a lot of gum while also being relatively compact and it won't get crushed in my bag when things are moved around.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect sized pack of gum! The flavor is really good and the perfect amount of peppermint that lasts for awhile. I love that the case is a hard plastic for long lasting freshness as well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gum tastes so good. I love how small but thick the pieces are so its not too much gum in your mouth and it has the perfect taste. Im not sure the exact price of this gum but you do get 30 pieces which lasts me roughly a month. The taste also doesn't go away after 5 minutes like some other gums and also doesn't get super hard after chewing it for a while.
I have IBS, and peppermint calms my stomach. Normally I do not chew gum, but my dentist had it, so I decided to try it. The peppermint tasted like peppermint - fancy that. But it seems that it doesn't contain a lick of peppermint oil. Plus it contains artificial sweeteners, which also (normally) mess up my stomach. I didn't have any adverse effects from chewing this, but I'm going to have to steer clear of this product for the reasons I've mentioned. I rate it four stars because it tastes very good, and does seems to last long without getting too rubbery.
I loved the old gum both packaging and flavor. The new package is terrible! One type is to big and awkward to carry in a purse and the other smaller one does not stay closed once it's open...bring back the old packaging. As for the taste the old version was much more flavorful..
The gum tastes great, and has lasting flavor. However, after I open the package, the unwrapped gum becomes mushy and oily. This happens after a few days once the package is open. I end up having to throw the rest away...its just too gross to try and chew.
I don't understand why the amount of xylitol or other stomach ache inducing substances seems to vary from one pack to the next. I can normally chew Orbit Peppermint, but occasionally get a pack that instantly tears me up. I bought a multipack and all of them are causing upset. Throwing the whole thing away. Is there a manufacturing problem?
This is the ONLY gum I have used since it came out years ago. Maintains flavor and some firmness after chewing it a long time (30 minutes or more). The new formula is nasty - the gum gets super-soft and a slimy consistency after chewing a very short time (5 minutes!). Please go back to old formula!
