Orbit Peppermint Sugar-Free Gum (14 Count, 15 Pack)

Orbit gum is the only gum I can buy that will not stick to my dentures. Can not chew orbit bubble gum as it does stick to dentures. Have bought orbit brand for years, was disappointed when they discontinued cinnamon.

Good chewing gum. Our local store seems to be phasing it out. Even online I can;t get all the flavors any more. Too bad. I prefer Sam's Club over the other stores.

I received the Orbit Gum as a free sample from Pinchme.com in exchange for my honest opinion and I absolutely loved it. I had gone to dinner and ate a garlic dish and I felt confident that after chewing the gum I had fresh breath to go on about my day until I got home to finally brush my teeth. I have IBS, and peppermint calms my stomach. Normally I do not chew gum, but my dentist had it, so I decided to try it. The peppermint tasted like peppermint - fancy that. But it seems that it doesn't contain a lick of peppermint oil. Plus it contains artificial sweeteners, which also (normally) mess up my stomach. I didn't have any adverse effects from chewing this, but I'm going to have to steer clear of this product for the reasons I've mentioned. I rate it four stars because it tastes very good, and does seems to last long without getting too rubbery.

This is a great, minty gum. The taste is sweet without being saccharine, and doesn't taste like it's sugar free. The peppermint is the perfect amount of flavor without being overpowering. Some gums get rubbery, but I chewed Orbit Peppermint Sugarfree gum until I was done without getting that super-chewy wad. The flavor also lasts a long time. My only suggestions are to make the pieces just a bit bigger, and to improve packaging. If you're not careful, the gum empties out of the packaging very easily. I loved the old gum both packaging and flavor. The new package is terrible! One type is to big and awkward to carry in a purse and the other smaller one does not stay closed once it's open...bring back the old packaging. As for the taste the old version was much more flavorful..

The gum tastes great, and has lasting flavor. However, after I open the package, the unwrapped gum becomes mushy and oily. This happens after a few days once the package is open. I end up having to throw the rest away...its just too gross to try and chew.

I don't understand why the amount of xylitol or other stomach ache inducing substances seems to vary from one pack to the next. I can normally chew Orbit Peppermint, but occasionally get a pack that instantly tears me up. I bought a multipack and all of them are causing upset. Throwing the whole thing away. Is there a manufacturing problem?

Why is it that every time I find the perfect gum, the manufacturer changes the formula??? I loved Orbit White peppermint so much that I would go through two of the large containers per week. So today, when I went to purchase my usual weekly allotment, I saw that the package said longer flavor and softer chew, I hestitated but purchased 2 containers anyway. What a waste of money!!!! I was so disappointed. My favorite gum has been changed beyond anything that I recognize. The chicle coating isn't as flavorful and as crunchy as it once was. The gum itself has a slicker feel that I really dislike. I don't like the new formula and will not purchase it again. At least I will now save the $30+ dollars I've spent on this per month. So disappointed...

This is the ONLY gum I have used since it came out years ago. Maintains flavor and some firmness after chewing it a long time (30 minutes or more). The new formula is nasty - the gum gets super-soft and a slimy consistency after chewing a very short time (5 minutes!). Please go back to old formula!
