Holds ice for days, durable, and worth the money.

Got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loves it! Said it holds ice longer than his yeti. Big enough to fit everything in, Its a little heavy when its filled up but nothing bad to say about this product!! We highly recommend it!

We rode out hurricane Milton in SW Florida, here's a real-world scenario for the use of this 26q cooler: >>The cooler was room temp ~76°F when 2 bags of ice (20lbs) and 2x-14oz frozen bottles of water were added at 0-hours >>The cooler wasn't opened until +10-hours later, one of the 10-lb bags of ice was replaced with a fresh bag, nothing else was removed, the lid was promptly sealed. >>The cooler was opened again at +41-hours and the ice was largely still there, and there was ~4-inches of meltwater holding steady at 34.5°F

Great product

This cooler works great. I purchased it for my husband to take on an extended hunting trip. It worked great, kept everything for five days without needing ice added.

Ok so I read where the ice retention was 4-6 days if I read correctly, now I do take into consideration that I have put the cooler in the back of my work truck which does have a tonneau cover but I'll admit the temperature in Raleigh, N. C. area it has been heat index of 105-110 degrees so I'm having to put fresh bags of ice on Monday maybe 2 bags on Monday then another fresh bag on Tuesday, after that the bag of ice I put in on Wednesday will still have ice in it on Friday morning. My question is how do you determine the ice retention for 4-6 days, is that without opening the lid for that period of time ( cause I open mine at least 5 times a day for water) or is there a secret to getting ice to remain in the cooler for that amount of time, but,,,,it is a great cooler and I have no regrets purchasing this item, thanks and please advise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Orca purchase (2nd cooler) and will not be my last. The 26 is still sizable and substantial in weight, even when empty, and very well built. I'm glad this company still believes in Made in USA because if they didn't I'd leave as a customer. If there's one thing I wish they would improve on is including a basket for each cooler purchase like their toughest competition (starts with a Y). With the last price hike this shouldn't even be up for discussion. Looking forward to adding my own character over the next decade of use.

Love the cooler Ice retention.I just wish it had wheels and Instead of being Wider, I wish it would replace the Extra width with hight so we can fit taller drinks

The lid got slight waves in it the first day, but after talking to friends with Yetis, it seems to be a rotomold thing that you just deal with. Lid doesn't seal "vacuum tight" like a yeti and they don't have baskets available, but it keeps the cold in, so if that's all you're looking for, Orca works great.

Went on a four day hike and all of the ice had melted day one. Packed for a 2nd trip and made sure everything was cold before packing. Ice lasted 2 days! Called Orca to be told that only the big coolers hold ice for an extended period of time. Smaller one are good for 48 hrs.. No refund since I didn't purchase directly from them. Save your money and buy a Coleman
