Seems to be helping over all. Does not dissolve well, so I mix with hot water, and it dissolves perfectly. Then I add to my shake over ice. Problem solved.

This Multi Collagen Powder has Types I, II, III, V %26 X with a Vitamin C adder as well, A little strong tasting. But when mixed with beverages - that's ok. Will last for 21 days of single serving usage. Goes well with Greek yogurt in blender or a smoothie.

Good just pretty expensive

I switched from the Marine Collagen (which I love) to this new one because it is multifaceted and Im hoping to see some results throughout. However, it can take months to see any changes so my review is limited. It dissolves easily and continues to be tasteless. . all good.

Two scoop in the morning for me. This Orgain Multi Collagen has clean ingredients and lots of collagen 20g, also has good protein 18g, lots more vitamins I started collagen supplements mainly for my joint health. I have old injuries that fight against me every day. SO I FIGHT BACK! The nice skin and nails are just some extra benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Collagen is part of my daily morning ritual. I find it works best for me in my coffee. I enjoy that this is unflavored, which doesn't alter the coffee taste. It's easy to use, it dissolves instantly and it can go wherever I go.

Just realizing how pricey this is, I've been using it every day and and should've paid more attention to the container cause it only will last about 19 to 20 days if you're taking it as described, maybe I'll try taking it every other day and make it last longer! At the same time, I do appreciate the fact that it has protein in it as well, which is something that I need also

It was half empty, thus NOT worth the price, it was sealed and showed no signs of tampering, so I must of gotten a dud.

I have been using Orgain collagen peptides for years. I was excited to see this new product. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it was disgusting. It smelled like rotting fish. I couldn't bring myself to taste it and switched right back to their other line of collagen.
