Every morning, I join two scoops of the powder with 12oz of Almond milk. I also add in some ice for a delicious frosty effect! I put it in my Ninja for a minute and I'm good to go. My morning is not complete without my Creamy Chocolate Fudge Meal Replacement. I've noticed I feel so much better and I am not hungry...sometimes until midafternoon. I'm hooked!!

I mix this with vanilla almond milk and a few cubes of ice in a lidded mason jar every morning instead of eating breakfast. Delicious and nutritious!

I used this mostly at night when I got hungry instead of eating a meal. That way body does little to no work to digest. I get nutrients and it curbes cravings and or appetite.

READ THE NUTRITION PANEL DETAILS FIRST! It requires 2 scoops of powder to make 1 serving, so it'll be used up twice as fast. If you're paying nearly double for a two pound tub, thinking it will last twice as long- you'd be wrong.
