Really like the Food To Live brand for seeding and sprouting. Great product

The biggest reason I order from this company is from recommendations I discovered for broccoli sprouting. These seeds are smaller than other types of seeds (i.e. broccoli, etc) and clogged up the spouter I use, but they come up great. I am also using with coco coir in trays and vertical tower which work great and clog free.

Should come with a warming not to soak like other seeds, but you figure this out quickly. I add it to my jar of sprouting seeds after I soak the other seeds.

It’s not easy to find arugula sprouting seeds. They grow a little differently. These are delicious and grow strong.

Sprouted it and it grows great. There is hardly any that don't sprout. In other words, I would say that 99 % sprout

I've long been a fan of Food to Live especially when I was first starting out increasing my raw food intake. These sprouts are a delicious staple.

After just 2 rinses, these seeds will swell up to jelly texture. I couldn't even pour the water out. They are not suitable for sprouting in a jar. I suggest Food to Live put a warning on its webpage,

The instructions tell you to use the sprouting method where you rinse seeds with water and drain but this does not work. The seeds produce a jell like water and therefore does not drain well in the sprouter. You must grow them in dirt.
