I add this to my homemade vinaigrette, seasoned Greek Yogurt veggie dip, stir fry and anything with red sauce. It adds a little nutrition, a mild sweetness and a nice color along with the flavor of beets.

I really don't know how to rate it as I have never used anything like this before as food coloring, but a pasta chef used it to color his pastas so I figured I'd do the same. I don't want to open it before all the pasta making supplies arrive. I thought doing some pasta art would get me through this. This, being my boyfriend is so ill and may not be coming home to me for a while. It's too devastating, but pasta making, if I can cheer myself up. I have to keep his spirits up, too.

This beetroot powder quite easily mixes in cold water to make a healthy drink for morning or during the day. I use a heaped teaspoon in my morning shake. Delicious and nutritious too.

so far I am real happy with taste etc. I believe it is the real deal I was concerned about label could contain lead

I've been using this beet powder for several years and really like it. I use it in smoothies and find that it's a convenient, cost effective way to get all the great health benefits of beets without having to actually include whole beets in my meals every day.

It is not completely thin powder, so much crumbs, size of 1/2 cm - 1 1/2 cm radius. Event the carrots I bought from the same seller.

The package was delivered to the wrong address. The person living at the wrong address was nice enough to bring it to me. The outer shipping envelope that surrounded the beat root package reeked of marijuana. That was most likely why it was delivered to the wrong address.

I wish I could put 0 stars. I never got my item, immediately reported it missing to Walmart, and I still haven't got any sign of my refund. I'm seriously irritated!!!! Why would they not pack my powder in the box with the other item I received? What a mess!
