Good stuff! I wasn't sure how I would feel about buckwheat, but it's really quite good, sort of fluffy and nutty, and it's an alternative to rice if you feel like you need a change. It might take us a while to go through this bag, but we will, and this was the most economical way to buy it. It is delicious and we are happy!

This raw Buckwheat cooks up creamy but still has enough "bite " to eat to satisfy your texture impulse.

Not what most people choose but I go for taste, texture and easy to cook. It adds a nutty flavor to roasted veggies, chicken, etc. Very good product.

Good value

These are fabulous! I milled these down to a flour to make soba noodles and they actually worked beautifully with just 80% of these to 20% wheat flour. Not many buckwheat flours can do that, but these did with no additions necessary like vital wheat gluten or anything like that. The soba noodles tasted perfect.

These are untoasted and raw. A skillet, stainless or blue stoneware will toast them to a wonderful nutty flavor. These are THE alternatives to breakfast cereal. A whole grote that is not a grain.

Good taste, cooked up nicely, attractive and functional packaging. Price was not unreasonable for such a product. Delivery was prompt.
