Organic Carrot Powder, 1.5 Pounds — Non-GMO, Kosher, Raw, Vegan — by Food to Live

Got this for overall health since we dont always eat a lot of some vegetables and we thought we could probably use some easy supplementation. This is a strong-tasting powder, very earthy flavor and not at all like fresh carrots so be aware of that. We mix a half teaspoon with our powdered chicken and beef bone broth and tomato powders for an easy high potency soup and it blends well flavor wise. Will look for other ways we can use this since at a half teaspoon at a time it going to last a long while.

Good as fresh! I switched to this powder form of organic carrots since its shelf life is longer and it is better when used in smoothies. The taste is the same as the fresh carrots, if not better. Highly recommended!

Purchased for added nutrients. The taste was good with protein drinks and cream of wheat (added cinnamon and a small amount of ginger powder).

I have not used this product, but I really like the other products from Food to Live. They products are fresh. Good quality. I don't image this will be any different.

I juice. It's hard to find fresh organic carrots. Was going on vacation, thought this might be easier. I tried . Then I tried again. I cannot stomach the taste. I want to throw up just thinking about it now: I decided to review, for someone else; in case you are looking. I wish I could ship this back or to the next person looking. I'd given it to them!!
