Lowered Blood Sugar Level
Been using for more than a year. Last blood test shows an 11 point drop in blood sugar levels. Those are results and can see.

Not Ceylon cinnamon.
Fake product. I don't know what's in the capsules, but it's not Ceylon Cinnamon. Cinnamon is not white. I opened one capsule and tasted its contents, I don't know what it is, but it's not cinnamon, white powder was tasteless. And there is no expiration date on the bottle, very suspect.

This product is not Ceylon Cinnamon! the capsules are white, powder inside is white with no taste or smell! DO NOT ORDER THIS FAKE PRODUCT
