I use coconut sugar for baking. It is slightly more nutritious than regular table sugar. I have read that there are higher levels of Iron, zinc and calcium in coconut sugar as compared to regular sugar.

Like maple syrup, coconut sugar is the sap of the coconut tree. Absolutely Fantastic taste. Plus it contains trace amounts of vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, and copper. Brilliant!

This is my sweetener of choice for my Paleo diet. This seems very fine quality. I love Food to Live. They have such great customer service, reasonable prices and excellent quality and many choices for my diet.

It tastes like granulated sugar. I was under the impression it was like coconut palm sugar, as what I searched for, it might have some mixed in but the taste tells different. I won't buy this again!!!!

False nutrition label. i bought it for the low carbs of .5 that the nutrition label said on Walmarts website. When i received the sugar the nutrition label says 10 carbs. Would have never bought this.
